Arihant College of Education, Bareta (Mansa) is situated at jakhal Budhalada road in Mansa district Punjab. The college is being run by Bhagwanti Devi Educational Society. Society is already running an institute named Greenland Day Boarding Public school it is beside the college. Arihant College of Education is the sister project of Bhagwanti Devi Educational Society.
To create constructive teachers of tomorrow with the transformative and sound knowledge of different teaching techniques to develop skills needed for efficient teachers in the school & promote human and National values to need ever going demands of teaching profession with the help of world class standard.
Mission of the promoting body is to develop a standard environment of teaching and learning in the perspective of holistic development. We are dedicated to focus on individual differences of students and go through personally for their problems.
The college has a software based laboratory for developing language proficiency of students which is based on all dimensions of language development.
A comprehensive library with an enriched collection of around 6000 books and 10 journals related to educational background. We have suitable infrastructure in library for teaching and learning we focus ICT based technology in our library.
The psychology lab has a number of psychological tools and tests including both verbal and nonverbal tests. We provide individual, personal health and carrier counseling in our psychology lab based on diagnosis.
The Science lab is enriched with equipments and models related to Physics Chemistry and Biology. It helps students and teachers to establish cause effect relationship of scientific concepts.
The Institute’s Academic Infrastructure conforms to the norms laid out by the National Council for Teacher Education. Spacious, airy & well lighted classrooms add beauty to this block. The wonderful machine ‘computer’ has not only won over the hearts of billion but also, it has entered all walks of life. So this modern technology is no longer beyond the reach of our students We have computer aided learning in fully Ac room. The computer education is provided to all the students
“Health is wealth”, to become physically fit healthy and wealthy, College provides various outdoor and indoor games facilities to the students. College has a large playground having well furnished pitches and ground for different sports like Volley ball, basket ball, cricket, roller-skating, badminton, hand ball and foot ball.
The institute has a Multi-purpose seminar hall in which Group discussion, seminars, lectures and demonstrate. Lecture etc. It has been put to use for holding general functions in the college and use for special lecturer by eminent professionals for overall personality development.
